Check-in Process for Pre-registered Participants

  1. Present your E-ticket (please refer to the attachment).
  2. After verification by staff, queue at the Self-Service Registration Desk.
  3. Scan your E-ticket to complete check-in.
  4. Collect your conference materials.
  5. Check-in completed!

📌 If you forget your E-ticket, you can retrieve it on-site using your email.

📌 If you do not receive your QR code before the conference, you may retrieve it on-site using your registered email address.

On-site Registration Process

  1. Queue at the On-site Registration Desk.
  2. Scan the QR code to fill out the registration form.
  3. Complete payment via cash or credit card.
  4. Registration & check-in completed.
  5. Scan the QR code to receive your E-ticket.
  6. Collect your conference materials.
  7. Check-in completed!

Booth Stamp Collection Activity

  • Stamp Collection Period: April 11, 09:00 – April 12, 12:00
  • How to Collect Points: Visit exhibitor booths, engage with exhibitors, and earn 1 point per booth. Collect 22 points to qualify for redemption.

🎁 Gift Redemption:

  • Rules: Collect 22 points
  • Redemption Time: April 12, 12:00 – 13:30
  • Location:7F Information Desk
  • Total Gifts Available: 250 (first come, first served, while supplies last)

Certification of Participation Download

Step 1: Attend at least one day of the 4-day conference and complete check-in to qualify for the download.

Step 2: Receive a system-generated email notification for download.

Step 3: Announcement of open for download Certification of Participation.

Step 4: visit https://www.2025aamls.com.tw/category/news/

Step 5: Enter your registered email address to download your certificate.

📌 The certification download is available only from April 18 to April 25.
